Dawn Ventures is a venture, innovation, and growth studio focused on legacy businesses — founded by Lisa Yerebakan. Her work sits in the space between structure and creativity — helping people and organizations move forward with purpose. Our job was to create a brand and website that reflect that depth, while staying practical, clear, and human.

We started by listening — to Lisa’s values, her vision, and the way she works. What stood out was her ability to navigate complexity without losing direction. She works in the in-between: between dusk and dawn, strategy and emotion, clarity and exploration. That idea shaped everything we built.

The visual identity is rooted in space — literally. The brackets in Da[    ]wn represent openness and focus. There’s room to grow. Color gradients move like light at dawn or dusk — subtle, calm, and full of potential. Even the dark/light mode toggle ties into that idea of transformation.

On the web side, the biggest challenge was structure. Lisa brought a huge amount of thoughtful, layered content — our role was to design a system that makes it easy to follow, without losing nuance. The site is interactive and slightly unconventional, with deliberate use of type, spacing, motion, and layout to keep it engaging but grounded. We didn’t want it to just inform — we wanted it to feel like the work itself.

We also supported Lisa with content workshops, photography direction, web templates, and a full design system to help her scale.

This wasn’t about creating a trendy brand. It was about building something solid, thoughtful, and flexible — something that reflects Lisa’s way of working and makes space for her clients to step in.
